FEDEX is our delivery service provider. We have partnered with them to ensure and speedy delivery. Their experience of many years and expertise will help us get the t-shirts safely to you, at the earliest.
Deliveries within India take on average, 5 days to arrive. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays as determined by our logistics partner - FEDEX.
Please note that customers outside India shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary product cost and shipping charges.
Orders once delivered, cannot be returned for refund. These are t-shirts you love, so we doubt you’d want to return them =)
You will be able to cancel an order if we have not already sent it for delivery to FedEx. Once sent, the product is considered as purchased and our Exchange Policy is applicable from that point onward. Nineteen51 will, naturally however, treat exceptional cases with due consideration.
We are happy to exchange your Nineteen51 item with an identical replacement if there is a defect, damage during shipment or if you wish to change the size of your T-shirt. Please retain the packing, invoice, tags and any shipping labels that came with the product.
The process of your exchange is a very simple one. In order to initiate the exchange, you must contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your product by emailing your exchange request to email@example.com. Do make sure that you provide a description of the problem.
As long as the case is deemed by us to be legitimate, we will get back to you with our approval to your exchange request in 5-7 business days after receiving your email.
In the case of a defect or damage to the item, please ensure that you take a picture and email it to us along with your request for the Exchange Order Form explaining the flaw or the cause of the damage.
We will require 7-10 business days from our approval of your request to get the replacement item to you. You will not be charged for the shipping of the replacement item.
Please remember that in the case of size exchange, you will be charged an additional fee for the pick up and delivery of the products since these are not covered by our Free Shipping Within India policy.
Please ship your item back to us in its original and enclose your completed Exchange Order Form. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
We will require 14 business days from our approval of your request to get the replacement Tee size to you.
